I purchased Bridge Point on the courthouse steps December 2004 while Sam was working overseas. The explanation I provided when Sam ask, "Babe, what possessed you to buy a house without a discussion with me?"

I spent the next year renovating every inch of the property and focusing on what we enjoy when we visit resorts and vacation homes. I ordered comfortable mattresses, fine linens, designed private master suites with Jacuzzi baths, walk-in showers, views and plenty of outdoor living areas for large groups. This month, April, 2011, we decided to share our escape with guest who value the luxuries of a fine home while vacationing. We are certain you will love our luxury lakefront escape as much as we do!
A little bit about us:
Sam and I enjoy traveling and quality family time. In addition to raising our four kids, six dogs and two parrots we both own businesses which demand a lot of time and focus. I am broker in charge of Greenwood Realty Inc. and Sam owns Original Retro Brand, SIMTEX International and Bay Island Sportswear which manufactures apparel for global distribution. When we have the rare opportunity to enjoy quality time with each other, our grown children and perfect grandson, we head to Lake Greenwood or the Mountains for cherished family memories.
